She has received her Bachelor Degree in Psychology at HELP University College, Malaysia.
She is a passionate Yoga Practitioner and has been practicing Yoga for 10 years.
She has completed 200HRS Yoga Instructor Course at Sakthi School of Yoga, Malaysia in 2021. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor which is approved by Yoga Alliance International.
She specializes in conducting online classes which includes upgraded tech management systems to provide best virtual learning experience by students.
Renu is currently conducting Beginner, Intermediate, Kids, Corporate and Private Yoga Classes Online.
She has conducted corporate online classes for companies such as LexisNexis Malaysia, Boston Scientific Malaysia, and Multimedia University Cyberjaya. Renu has also conducted a Yoga session for an event at Impiana Hotel, KL.
Renu’s main goal in teaching Yoga is to increase the ability of every individual to have good physical and mental health, to possess emotional stability and discover their fullest potential.
